By using VerticaIQ, requesting a report, or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
The Service
VerticaIQ provides a proprietary scoring service (patent pending) that analyzes publicly available information about your business and generates a VerticaIQ Score™. Your score reflects the state of your online presence at the time we analyze it.
Scores are informational. They're designed to help you understand how your business appears online — not to guarantee outcomes or make promises about what improving your score will accomplish.
Subscriptions and Billing
If you choose a paid plan, you'll be billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription anytime — your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period. We don't issue refunds for partial months.
Accuracy Disclaimer
The VerticaIQ Score is based on publicly available data and our proprietary methodology. Scores are provided for informational purposes only.
We don't guarantee that:
- Scores reflect every aspect of your online presence
- Improving your score will produce specific business results
- Scores are error-free or complete
- Public data sources remain consistent or available
Intellectual Property
The VerticaIQ Score™, our methodology, and all associated materials are proprietary to Vertica LLC. They're protected by patent pending and copyright. You may not:
- Reproduce or copy the service or any part of it
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the methodology
- Resell, redistribute, or share access to the service
- Use the service to build a competing product
Prohibited Use
You may not use VerticaIQ to:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
- Misrepresent your business or submit false information
- Violate anyone's rights or laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Limitation of Liability
VerticaIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertica LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or lost data
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the prior 30 days. If you paid nothing, our liability is zero.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Vertica LLC is registered.
