Our Policy
Your name, email, phone number, business information, and any other personal details you share with us are used exclusively to provide you the VerticaIQ service. We don't sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for their marketing or business purposes.
What "Sell" Means
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar privacy laws, "selling" personal information means transferring it to third parties in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. This includes sharing data for targeted advertising, lead generation, or data brokerage.
We don't engage in this practice. Period.
Your Rights (California Residents)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know: What personal information we collect about you
- Delete: Request that we delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions)
- Opt out of sale: Request that we don't sell your personal information — though we don't sell it anyway
- Non-discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@verticaiq.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Include your name and the email address associated with your VerticaIQ account.
We'll respond within 45 days. In most cases, we'll be much faster.
Other State Rights
Privacy laws are expanding. If you're a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights. Contact us at info@verticaiq.com and we'll help you exercise them.
